Spotlight Events Congratulations to our 麻豆传媒 students for completing their Level 1 Carpentry Apprenticeship program at the College of Carpenters and Allied Trades, Local 27. On May 23, Philip Pocock C.S.S. was honoured by a visit from His Excellency Bishop Ivan Camilleri, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Toronto. Bishop Camilleri is an alumnus of Pocock.In May, students from 麻豆传媒鈥檚 DECA chapters travelled to California for the DECA International Career and Development Conference. 麻豆传媒 had a great showing with several of our students making it to the finals of the competition. St. Aidan C.E.S. was fortunate enough to have the entire school experience wheelchair sports with Shawn Courchesne. The students enjoyed learning to maneuver in different ways, culminating in a game of wheelchair basketball.On May 10, St. Isaac Jogues C.E.S. hosted an Educational Quiz Bowl. Nine schools were represented in the competition. Teams of five students worked together to answer trivia questions based on the Ontario curriculum.St. Hilary C.E.S. students celebrated the International Festival of Roses in honour of Our Lady of Guadalupe on May 16. In celebration of our diversity, students said the Rosaries in the languages of their home countries. On May 11, Robert F. Hall C.S.S. hosted a Community Wellness Event called 鈥淢indfulness Morning with Mom.鈥 This event featured Wellness Workshops, including Spinning, Gratitude, Christian Meditation, Self-Defense, Yoga and a Paper Flower-Making Craft.The Black Student Alliance of St. Edmund Campion C.S.S. welcomed several Black community members, entrepreneurs and business owners. Guests shared information about their professions and careers within their industry. 07/10/2024 麻豆传媒 will hold a series of information sessions for prospective students and families interested in enrolling in a 麻豆传媒 secondary school for the 2025-2026 school year. 02/10/2024 麻豆传媒 has released its 11th annual Distinguished Alumni poster series featuring profiles of alumni who are making valuable and unique contributions in their respective careers, pathways, and communities. 28/06/2024 During the 2021-2022 school year, the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board conducted a student census for Grades 4-12 students.
